During the spring months, home care is often centered around double-checking for Winter damage and preparing for a stress-free Summer. - Dust and/or wash removable window screens
- Replace your furnace filter
- Remove debris left from the melted snow around your property
- Clean eavestroughs and downspouts
- Turn on exterior water taps - check for leaks

- Check caulking for cracking, detachment, or water damage
- Check attic and upper level for signs of moisture

- Check porch, walks and driveway for frost damage
- Check lawn for ruts and sunken areas - fill in potential trip hazards and water flow routes
